An Act Relative to Sex Offenders

There’s a new proposal in the Massachusetts legislature that aims to restrict where Level 2 and Level 3 sex offenders can loiter. It’s called an ‘Act Relative to Child Safety Zones’.

It was prompted by an incident in Yarmouth last November 2014 when a homeless Level 3 sex offender moved around the town on a bus. His bus.

At present there is no law in the State of Massachusetts restricting where Level 2 & 3 sex offenders can live or go.
