There’s a new proposal in the Massachusetts legislature that aims to restrict where Level 2 and Level 3 Offenders can loiter. It’s called an ‘Act Relative to Child Safety Zones’.
It was prompted by an incident in Yarmouth last November 2014 when a homeless Level 3 offender moved around the town on a bus.
At present there is no law in the State of Massachusetts restricting where Level 2 & 3 offenders can live or go.
